Dawn of the first day of the new year

Celebrations are very important to me, especially in winter where I look forward to the hustle and joy of Christmas. This helps to drag me through the long nights of this season to the new year where the days lengthen again whilst within me there is a new energy for projects. Unfortunately I often let other holidays pass us by but would like to do more to acknowledge and enjoy them.
